I am located in Roseville, CA. However, I am licensed to provide online therapy throughout California and Washington State.

All appointments are conducted via a secure, confidential video platform. You will receive a link to the video session prior to each session.

Not at this time. I’ve found my clients and I enjoy the ease and convenience of online therapy.

$185 per individual or couples session

I do not currently take insurance. Insurance plans often have restrictions on mental health benefits for couples and relationship therapy and many do not cover this at all.
However, if you would like to use insurance and have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company in part or full. I would provide you with receipts of services to submit to your insurance company.
Please contact your insurance provider directly for additional information about out-of-network benefits and reimbursement. All clients are responsible for understanding their own mental health insurance benefits.

The first appointment will be what we call assessment-focused. This means we will be getting to know you and understanding the issues you are wanting to address. You do not have to prepare ahead of time and I will guide you through this process.

This is a part of the No Surprises Act. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
